Refund Policy

Refund requests must be requested in writing from the Estrella War Treasurer.
  Refunds may be requested until February 15, 2013. 
Late requests may be paid at the discretion of the 
Estrella War Financial Committee in extreme cases.  
The ACCEPS processing fee is non-refundable.
